Come on, Pete, tell us what you really think!

I don’t mind rude staff that much. If a staff member says to me, “Here’s your coffee, you swine!”, and then serves me great coffee, I’ll go back. In fact, there is one coffee shop/ restaurant I frequent which is like this. I’d go there more often, but friends of mine are put off by the attitude of the waiters.
