There was a bike shop in Port Melbourne that had a cafe attached. I went there a few times when working as a courier two years ago. It made good coffee, so I returned, to rekindle the old memories and give them a rave review. But the cafe is no longer operational! Woe to us all. In one hour such great coffee has come to ruin!
That’s all for now. In January I am heading up to NSW so you can expect some from that area then. In the meantime, I’ll keep cafe-ing around the Melbourne area. Submit your own five word reviews in the comments!

have you not experienced max brenner yet pete? you really need to go there NOW! chocolate everywhere…. about 10 types of hot chocolate drinks and a heap of other chocolatey drinks… a heap of chocolately desserts… try the fondue if you can. I think it costs around $13 but is definitely worth it.

I believe there are more than 10 types of hot chocolates. Oh, and you can specify white, milk or dark chocolate as well from memory. The slogan is “Chocolate by the bald man”, the bald man being Max Brenner apparently.
Do you all like the big freakish eye?
