Menudo has panza (pig fat) and pigs feet generally. Tripas make good tacos, cow tongue is delicious and tender ect. But people not familiar with Mexican culture find those dishes scary and make faces. *shrugs* I've just never been one to turn my nose up at new eating experiences.
