Think Artificial had a post about the world’s ugliest robots. Included was this disturbing video of an artificial cat (RSS readers click here to view):
I can’t imagine these robots lasting very long. Not so long as there were any blunt objects in the vicinity.
Anyone out there who would like one as a pet?

Hmm, interesting! So they react to some external factors, like alive cats. Of course, there are a lot of limitations. Seem to be good for persons that did not want to assume the responsibility of an alive animal.

That’s awesome. Not only do I want one, I want several. Creepy, yes, but it’s way more likable than a real cat, and probably way less expensive over the long run. Thanks for sharing!

This is not even close to funny…more like creepy and weird..I wouldn’t replace a cute little kitten with that..thing
